- Select the new plan.
- Confirm payment details.
- New features are available immediately.
Downgrading
- Go to Settings > Billing > Change plan.
- Select the lower plan.
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Data exceeding the new plan’s storage limit is not deleted but you will need to reduce storage to record new meetings.
