Billing cycles

Switch between monthly and annual billing in Settings > Billing > Change plan.
When switching from monthly to annual, you receive a prorated credit for the remaining days on your current monthly billing period.

Changing plans

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Change plan.
  2. Select the new plan.
  3. Confirm payment details.
  4. New features are available immediately.

Downgrading

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Change plan.
  2. Select the lower plan.
  3. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  4. Data exceeding the new plan’s storage limit is not deleted but you will need to reduce storage to record new meetings.

Frequently asked questions

There is no separate trial, but the Free plan lets you experience core features. You can upgrade to Pro at any time and cancel within the first 14 days for a full refund.
You can still access existing recordings and transcripts. New recordings and AI features are paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
