Navigate to Settings > Billing > AI Credits to see:- Credits used this billing period
- Credits remaining until renewal
- Usage breakdown by feature (transcription, summaries, AI chat, diagrams)
- Daily usage chart showing consumption trends over 30 days
- Projected depletion date based on your current consumption rate

Select from available packs. Credits are added immediately and do not expire until the end of your current billing period.
Setting up alerts
Get notified before you run out of credits:- Go to Settings > Billing > AI Credits > Alerts.
- Set a threshold (e.g., notify at 80% used, or when fewer than 50 credits remain).
- Choose notification channels: in-app notification, email, or Slack (requires Slack integration).
- Alerts trigger once per threshold per billing cycle to avoid repeated notifications.
Team credit allocation
On Team and Enterprise plans, workspace admins can:- View per-member credit usage in Settings > Team > Usage
- Set per-member monthly limits to prevent any one person from exhausting the shared pool
- Receive email alerts when a member reaches their limit
- Grant temporary credit boosts to specific members who need additional capacity

Team credit limits are soft limits. Admins can override them at any time by adjusting the allocation.
