Manual notes
- Open any meeting and navigate to the Notes tab.
- Click into the editor and start typing.
- Notes auto-save as you type — no save button needed.

In the Notes tab, click Generate with AI. Mavio analyzes the transcript and creates structured notes.
Choose a style
Select from: Detailed, Concise, Bullet points, or Cornell method. You can also apply a custom template.
Rich text editing

Linking notes to transcript moments
You can reference specific moments in the transcript from your notes:- While editing notes, click the Insert Timestamp button.
- Select a moment from the transcript timeline.
- A clickable timestamp link is inserted into your notes.
Collaborative editing
On Team and Enterprise plans, multiple people can edit meeting notes simultaneously:- Real-time cursors show where each collaborator is working
- Changes merge automatically without conflicts
- Edit history shows who changed what and when
- Restore any previous version from the History panel
Collaborative editing requires Editor permission or higher. See Sharing for permission details.
