Search
The web app offers two search modes:Meeting search
Search by meeting title, participant name, date, or tags. Results show matching meetings.Transcript search
Search within the content of all your transcripts. Find meetings where specific topics, phrases, or keywords were discussed — even if they were not in the meeting title. Type your query in the search bar and toggle between Meetings and Transcripts to switch modes.Sharing and collaboration
From the web app, you can:- Share a meeting — by link, email, or with specific team members
- Share a summary — send just the summary without the full recording
- Comment — leave comments on specific transcript segments for team discussion
- Export — download transcripts, summaries, and audio in multiple formats

Offline access
The web app requires an internet connection. For offline capabilities, use the desktop app or mobile app, which support offline recording and cached content viewing.The web app is a progressive web app (PWA). You can install it to your computer’s dock or phone’s home screen for quick access. In Chrome, click the install icon in the address bar.
