Mavio AI is your intelligent meeting assistant. Ask it anything about your meetings and get instant, context-aware answers grounded in your actual meeting content.

Ask a question

1

Type your question

Use natural language — no special syntax needed. For example: “What did the team decide about the launch timeline?”
2

Review the answer

Mavio AI responds with an answer and cites specific meetings and timestamps. Click any citation to jump to that moment in the transcript.
3

Ask follow-ups

Mavio AI remembers context within a conversation. Ask follow-up questions without repeating background: “Who raised that concern?” or “Were there any objections?”
By default, Mavio AI searches all your accessible meetings. You can narrow the scope:
  • Single meeting — open a meeting first, then ask a question. Mavio AI scopes to that meeting’s content.
  • All meetings — toggle Search all meetings in the chat panel to search your entire library.
  • Channel meetings — open a channel and ask a question to search only meetings in that channel.

Tips for best results

Be specific. “What budget did Sarah propose for Q3 marketing?” yields a more precise answer than “Tell me about the meeting.”
  • Include names when asking about specific people
  • Mention time ranges to narrow results: “in the last two weeks”
  • Ask one question at a time for the most focused answers
  • Use follow-ups to drill deeper instead of packing everything into one prompt
