By default, Mavio AI searches all your accessible meetings. You can narrow the scope:

* **Single meeting** — open a meeting first, then ask a question. Mavio AI scopes to that meeting's content.

* **Channel meetings** — open a channel and ask a question to search only meetings in that channel.

## Tips for best results

<Tip>
  Be specific. *"What budget did Sarah propose for Q3 marketing?"* yields a more precise answer than *"Tell me about the meeting."*
</Tip>

* **Include names** when asking about specific people
* **Mention time ranges** to narrow results: *"in the last two weeks"*
* **Ask one question at a time** for the most focused answers
* **Use follow-ups** to drill deeper instead of packing everything into one prompt
