# Plans and Pricing

> Understand Mavio plans — Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise — and choose the right one for you.

Mavio offers four plans designed for individuals, professionals, teams, and enterprises. All plans include core recording and transcription features. Higher tiers unlock more AI capabilities, storage, and team collaboration tools.

## Free plan

The Free plan is designed for occasional use and evaluation. You get:

* 5 hours of recording per month
* Full transcription in 40+ languages
* 5 AI summaries per month
* 20 Mavio AI queries per month
* 2 GB storage
* Google Calendar sync

  The Free plan is a great way to try Mavio before committing. There is no trial period — the Free plan is available indefinitely.

## Pro plan

The Pro plan removes all recording and summary limits and adds powerful features for professionals:

* **Unlimited** recording hours and AI summaries
* **500** Mavio AI queries per month
* **50 GB** storage
* **Privacy mode** for on-device processing
* **All integrations** — Slack, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, and more
* **Advanced speaker identification** with voice profiles
* **Custom vocabulary** for domain-specific terms
* **Translation** of transcripts and summaries
* Email support

## Team plan

Everything in Pro, plus collaboration features for teams:

* **Per-seat pricing** — add team members as needed
* **Team workspace** with shared recordings and permissions
* **Role-based access** — Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer roles
* **Team analytics** — recording hours, active users, and AI usage

## Billing cycles

Switch between monthly and annual billing in **Settings > Billing > Change plan**.

  When switching from monthly to annual, you receive a prorated credit for the remaining days on your current monthly billing period.

## Changing plans

### Upgrading

1. Go to **Settings > Billing > Change plan**.
2. Select the new plan.
3. Confirm payment details.
4. New features are available immediately.

### Downgrading

1. Go to **Settings > Billing > Change plan**.
2. Select the lower plan.
3. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Data exceeding the new plan's storage limit is not deleted but you will need to reduce storage to record new meetings.

## Frequently asked questions

    There is no separate trial, but the Free plan lets you experience core features. You can upgrade to Pro at any time and cancel within the first 14 days for a full refund.

    You can still access existing recordings and transcripts. New recordings and AI features are paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

    No — all team members are on the same plan. Team and Enterprise plans are per-seat.
