# Mavio AI Chat, Diagram Generation & Cross-Meeting Analysis

> Ask questions about any meeting, generate visual diagrams from conversations, and analyze patterns across your entire meeting library.

## Mavio AI Chat

The biggest update to Mavio yet. Mavio AI is a conversational AI assistant built into the Mavio dashboard that lets you interact with your meeting data using natural language.

    Open the Mavio AI panel and ask questions like "What did Sarah say about the timeline?" or "Summarize all decisions from this week's standups." Mavio AI responds with cited answers linking back to exact transcript moments.

    Toggle **Search all meetings** to query your entire library. Track how topics evolve over time, compare discussions across calls, and surface patterns you would never find manually.

    Ask Mavio AI to draft follow-up emails, status reports, or project briefs based on your meeting content. The AI uses the full context of the conversation to produce accurate, ready-to-send drafts.

## Diagram generation

Mavio AI can now create visual diagrams directly from your meeting discussions.

* **Flowcharts** -- "Create a flowchart of the onboarding process we discussed"
* **Sequence diagrams** -- "Show the API call sequence from the architecture review"
* **Mind maps** -- "Map out all the topics from the brainstorming session"
* **Org charts** -- "Draw the team structure we talked about"

Diagrams are generated in SVG format and can be exported to PNG or embedded in Notion and Confluence.

## Cross-meeting intelligence

New dashboard widgets powered by Mavio AI:

* **Topic tracker** -- see how frequently a topic appears across meetings over time
* **Action item trends** -- track completion rates and identify bottlenecks
* **Meeting efficiency score** -- AI-assessed metric based on agenda coverage, decision density, and follow-up clarity
* **Speaker analytics** -- understand participation patterns across your team

## Additional improvements

* **Faster transcription** -- processing time reduced by 40% for meetings under 60 minutes
* **Improved speaker labels** -- speaker identification accuracy increased to 97% for meetings with 2-6 participants
* **Keyboard shortcuts** -- Cmd+K / Ctrl+K opens Mavio AI from anywhere in the dashboard
* **API v2 endpoints** -- new endpoints for programmatic access to Mavio AI queries and diagram generation
